1 Introduction

• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with we88my, nor with any other gambling operator where we88my is contractually or ethically obligated to give effect to that exclusion.
• You must not be registered on any national gambling self-exclusion register that is legally operative in the territory from which you are accessing the Platform.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

We reserve the right to close any account and forfeit any balance — including deposits, winnings, and bonus funds — where it is determined that the account holder does not satisfy these eligibility criteria, or where false or misleading information was provided during registration.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each User may register one (1) individual account only. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile telephone number. You undertake to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your account.

4.2 KYC Verification Obligations

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point that we88my reasonably deems appropriate for compliance purposes, we88my requires the submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unobstructed photograph of both sides of your Malaysian MyKad, or the photo page of a valid Malaysian passport, or a valid driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government document dated within the preceding three (3) months that clearly displays your full name and current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of your registered Touch 'n Go eWallet account, Boost wallet, or bank account statement).
• Selfie Verification: A recent photograph of you holding your identity document, confirming that the account holder and the document holder are the same person.

KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of submission of all required documents. we88my reserves the right to request additional documentation where the initial submission is insufficient or unclear. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. we88my will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact we88my support immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

we88my accepts deposits made via the following payment methods, subject to the minimum and maximum amounts stated on the Platform at the time of deposit: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions), direct bank transfer, and cryptocurrency deposits including USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the deposit is made in cryptocurrency, in which case a real-time conversion rate will apply.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in the name of the registered account holder. Deposits originating from payment accounts registered to third parties are not accepted and will be returned to source where practicable, with any associated processing fees borne by the account holder.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The account holder must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of we88my's compliance team before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless we88my's support team has explicitly approved an alternative withdrawal method in writing.
• Any active Bonus Funds must have their associated wagering requirements fully met before the corresponding funds become available for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes stated on the Platform, which vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically process within five (5) minutes. FPX and DuitNow transfers typically complete within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Direct bank transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes.
• we88my reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to withdrawal requests that are unusually large, that involve a change of payment method, or that are flagged by the Platform's fraud detection systems.

5.3 Currency

All account balances, bet amounts, and payout figures are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits will be converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of deposit credit. we88my does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

we88my may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral bonuses, VIP loyalty rewards, and other promotional offers to registered Users. Each such offer is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated clearly at the point of offer — including the applicable wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit amount, time limit, eligible games or markets, and maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus winnings.

General bonus terms applicable across all we88my promotions include the following:

• A User may only claim each distinct bonus offer once unless expressly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the creation of additional accounts — constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.
• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each offer. Bonus funds and associated pending winnings that are not converted to withdrawable real-money funds within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• we88my reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus terms already communicated to Users who have commenced wagering under those terms.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds remain subject to wagering requirements until those requirements are fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Fund winnings before wagering requirements are met will result in the cancellation of the pending withdrawal and removal of the bonus balance.
• we88my may set game contribution weightings that determine how different game types contribute toward satisfying a wagering requirement. Sports betting, slots, live casino, and other game categories may contribute at different rates, as stated in individual offer terms.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the we88my Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each market or game type. For sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and other events covered by the Platform — the following general rules apply:

• All odds are final at the time of bet placement. we88my does not accept responsibility for bets placed at odds that were the result of a manifest error, and reserves the right to void any bet placed at materially incorrect odds, with the stake returned to the User's account.
• In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion and may be suspended or declined at any time, including in response to significant in-game events. The decision of the in-play dealing team is final in relation to bet acceptance or refusal during live events.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled prior to conclusion, settlement rules specific to that market type will apply as stated in the relevant house rules. General policy is that a postponed event is settled as void if it is not completed within forty-eight (48) hours of the original scheduled start time.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the we88my Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all funds held therein, and referral to the relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to do so, for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonus allocations or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform's games, betting markets, or customer interfaces in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other Users or over the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play intended to manipulate game outcomes or exploit Platform systems.
• Attempting to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other activity that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering legislation through the Platform's deposit and withdrawal systems.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in connection with any withdrawal request or bonus claim.
• Exploiting software errors, malfunctions, or vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or access to features that would not otherwise be available to you under normal Platform operation.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. 13 Account Suspension & Termination

we88my reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited activities set out in Clause 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or submission of fraudulent or falsified identity documentation.
• Conduct that we88my reasonably determines poses a reputational, financial, legal, or security risk to the Platform or its other Users.
• Regulatory instruction or order from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to a prior notice period and the applicable treatment of any remaining account balance per the inactive account policy stated on the Platform.

Upon voluntary closure of an account by a User, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be refunded to the User's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to outstanding KYC obligations being satisfied. Accounts under investigation for suspected prohibited activity may have withdrawal access restricted pending the outcome of that investigation.

14 Amendments to These Terms

we88my reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.
